Terms of service

BEGU Travel is operated by BEGU Corporation OÜ (registry code 17290858), Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: support@begudeals.com.

1. What BEGU does

BEGU searches authorized flight providers, compares fares by their final payable price, looks for legitimate discounts and helps you book. BEGU acts as a booking agent: the airline that operates your flight is responsible for carrying you, under its own conditions of carriage.

2. Prices

Prices come from the providers BEGU is connected to and change constantly. BEGU shows the cheapest fare it has verified as bookable at the time shown. It does not claim it is the cheapest fare available anywhere. A price is only confirmed when you complete a booking. If the airline changes the price before purchase, BEGU will not book; it will show you the new price to approve.

3. Discounts

Only discounts BEGU has verified for your specific booking are included in your price. Codes that must be entered on a partner’s website are shown for information and are not guaranteed.

4. Booking and payment

BEGU never books without your explicit approval of the exact total. Your card is authorized first and charged only after the airline confirms the booking. If the booking cannot be completed, the authorization is released and you are not charged.

5. Fare rules, changes and cancellations

Each fare has its own conditions (refundability, change fees, baggage), shown before you book. Changes and refunds follow those conditions and the airline’s policies. If you booked separate tickets, each ticket is a separate contract and missed connections between them are not protected.

6. Partner bookings

For some fares BEGU sends you to a partner’s website to book. That booking is made with the partner, under the partner’s terms.

7. Your responsibilities

Enter passenger names exactly as on the travel document. You are responsible for valid passports, visas, transit permissions and health requirements for every country on your itinerary, including any self-transfer airport.

8. Liability

[To be completed by your lawyer: limits of liability, consumer rights under applicable law (e.g. EU package travel and passenger rights rules where relevant), complaint handling and governing law.]
