What we collect

• Account data: email address and a securely hashed password.
• Booking data: passenger names, dates of birth, contact details and, when required, passport details. These are encrypted at rest.
• Search and usage data: routes, dates and the prices we showed you, used to run the service and improve price hunting.
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider. BEGU never receives or stores your full card number.

Why we use it

To search, price and book your trips, send you booking and price alerts, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and keep records required by airlines and regulators.

Who we share it with

• The flight provider and airline issuing your ticket (e.g. Duffel), only the data needed for your booking.
• Our payment provider (Stripe) to process your payment.
• Hosting, database and email providers acting on our behalf.
• If you use the Travel Agent chat: the AI provider that processes your messages.

How long we keep it
